My one-bedroom place is spacious, with a very large bathroom and a walk-in closet. Maintenance is good, with fast turn-around when requests are submitted. The office staff is friendly and efficient, sometimes going out of their way to make sure all is well.
Factors that influenced these ratings include building design, construction, exterior spaces, and amenities. I've been living here since December of 2017 and so far I have loved it! The staff is all very friendly and helpful. Apartments are in a decent part of town with a grocery store right down the road.

Self-guided tours can be scheduled outside of office hours. Almost never any issues and when there is they get right on it. They don't tolerate noise or drug use so you don't have to worry about it. We just got a new play ground for the kids and have a great pool to cool off in in the summer that's never too busy. Spacious clean apartments and patios to relax on. I'm a brand new resident - been here for less than a week.

There have been occasions, where I have felt the presence of the apparitions. There is security and everyone living in the complex is so friendly...neighborly. The complex has a wonderful maintenance team and the leasing agents are incredible.

Great neighborhood, neighbors, and great staff. Loved being close to Dillons and not far from 21st and Amidon nice central location. Indian Hills Apartment Homes has 3 shopping centers within 2.0 miles, which is about a 4-minute drive.
